Wow -
I know you might think that we got lost in the holidays 'round here...
and to a small extent that is true.
But the truth is that many outside forces have
impacted our family
and thrown the routine
out
the
window.
*sigh*
A few of the "distractions" were under our control
(like precious "family" visiting for two weeks with their adorable 1 year old)
But many were not.
Sufice it to say that God received all the glory and praise -
and I don't EVER want to spend time in the ICU with
my children or a precious treasure
EVER AGAIN.
p.e.r.i.o.d.
:o)
But now that we are through that hurried, harried, hectic, hurting month
I am still struggling to get our rhythm back in our days.
Very frustrating that hectic can become a rhythm.
We are also (supposedly) preparing for Aiyana to come home...
and for another foot surgery for my husband (sigh)...
and for our yearly inspection for the fosters...
Although... I can't wait to share some of the testimonies that came out of all these trials :o)
I love the saying that our tests can be turned into testimonies!
This month sure proved that true.
Standing strong on His word
and focusing on the task set before us!
Reclaiming our days is our #1 priority these days.
For His glory!
Amen? Amen!
